Bob Belford, 12. Ron Turner, 13. Wayne Charlton. Repl. 14. John Osborne, 15. John Stone, 16. Peter Broad, 17. Peter Hickman.

These were the named teams. I can confirm the full starting side except John Coveney for Canterbury. I can only confirm Raper as a replacement however the reports show Canterbury had a few injuries from that game so it is likely all reserves played. I cannot confirm Ballesty, Clarke, Thompson & Charlton nor any replacements for Monaro.

It appears that Cutler kicked 1/1 & Garry Hughes 5/7 for Canterbury & Thomas 2/2 for Monaro based solely on the match reports so it could be wrong.

The journalist strike ran from round 8 to 11 inclusive so reporting was not great during this period and tackle counts were not included in any newspaper.

So if anyone has video of any games played in this period it would be very useful to us to have a look and advise of any replacements made that do not appear in RLP.
