- Penrith Stadium is no longer known as Pepper Stadium. Its current name is now Panthers Stadium.
- Headingley is no longer known as Headingley Carnegie Stadium. Its current name is now Emerald Headingley Stadium.
- National Stadium (Fiji)'s current name is ANZ Stadium.
- Dinamo Stadium (Georgia)'s current name is Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena. At the time it was used for rugby league, it was known as Boris Paichadze National Stadium, and before that was known as Vladimir Ilyich Lenin Dinamo Stadium.
- Iharos Sándor Margitszigeti Atlétikai Centrum is located in the Budapest neighbourhood of Margaret Island.
- Dalymount Park is located in the Dublin neighbourhood of Phibsborough.
- Terenure College is located in the Dublin suburb of Terenure.
- Stadio Brianteo is located in the Lombardy region of Italy.
- Tenni Stadium should be Stadio Omobono Tenni. It is located in the Veneto region of Italy.
- International Stadium (Lebanon) should be International Olympic Stadium. It is located in the North governorate.
- Bhamdoun Football Ground is located in the Mount Lebanon governorate.
- Carlaw Park is located in the Auckland suburb of Parnell.
- Eden Park is located in the Auckland suburb of Kingsland.
- North Harbour Stadium's current name is QBE Stadium.
- Rotorua International Showground is located in the Rotorua suburb of Westbrook.
- McClean Park should be McLean Park.
- Rayner Park is located in the West Coast region of New Zealand.

- Lancaster Park is no longer known as AMI Stadium. It was closed in 2011 following the Christchurch earthquake. Therefore, the 2016 Panthers v Warriors match, and 2017 World Cup NZ vs Scotland and Tonga vs Lebanon were played at Rugby League Park.
- Rugby League Park is located in the Christchurch suburb of Addington, and is currently known as AMI Stadium.

- Waikato Stadium's current name is FMG Waikato Stadium.
- Palmerston North Showgrounds is no longer known as FMG Stadium. It is now known as Central Energy Trust Arena. 2017 Warriors vs Dragons match and 2017 World Cup Samoa vs Tonga were both played at Waikato Stadium, not Palmerston North.

- (Republic of) Ireland grounds mostly list the All-Irish provinces for its region, though Northern Ireland ground list local counties for its region.
