I just thought I would let you know. In regards to the Dally M Awards from 1980. They actually presented another couple of awards at that year's Dally M Awards. They gave a Dally M Award for the Most Popular for each club. These where the Players who where chosen as the Most Popular Player for Each Club.

Eastern Suburbs: Kerry Boustead
Manly: Graham Eadie
Newtown: Tom Raudonikis
North Sydney: Don McKinnon
Parramatta: Peter Sterling
Penrith: Daryl Brohman
South Sydney: Robert Laurie
St George: Steve Morris
Western Suburbs: Terry Lamb
-They did also give out a Dally M Award for Outstanding Individual Effort for One Game.
-It went to Rick Chisholm Manly v Cronulla Round 11.
-You also have Tom Raudonikis winning the Representative Player Of The Year for that year.
-It was actually called the International Player Of The Year for that year.
