* The second was born 25 October 1980 in Pontefract and played for Leeds, Sheffield, and Dewsbury in the 90s and 00s. His full name is Christopher Andrew Chapman and he is the father of Reece Chapman-Smith.
Also a correction for Reece Chapman-Smith: his birthdate and place should be 8 November 1998 in Wakefield.
