Chris Phelan

Pat died in a boating incident in 1978 or 1979 depending on the source. It was in the off-season.

For Pat Phelan:

- His DOB was 13 August 1953 (from the family's immigration file, National Archives)
- His death date was 11 January 1979 (from his death record, Queensland BDM)
