Title: Amateur Challenge Cup teams split between names

- Castleford Lock Lane and Lock Lane is the same club. They are best known as Lock Lane.
- Huddersfield Underbank Rangers and Underbank Rangers is the same club. They are best known as Underbank Rangers.

Not an amateur club, but South Wales Scorpions and South Wales Ironmen are the same club. The name was changed to Ironmen for the 2017 season.
