Last post by Ted Baxter - 16 June, 2026, 04:37:57 PMThe game was shown on Fox Sports prior to the first grade game. I now have a copy of it. To my knowledge, Taye Cochrane has only played fullback & Kade Dykes can play in a number of positions. It was stated during the opening of the game & in general play it was obvious.

The Canterbury goal kicking is wrong. Stephen Crichton kicked 2/2 & Matt Burton 0/1. Tuala scores in the 48th minute & the conversion attempt was taken by Burton, not Crichton & was missed. The NRL website has it wrong also.

Last post by Paul Carter - 30 May, 2026, 09:25:53 AMJust even further I think it would also be a good idea to try and get in contact with current NRL Touch Judge who has also refereed New South Wales cup Daniel Luttringer at the NSWRL Referees Association. Because he appears like he is close to the historian of the NSWRL Referees Association. He did all those interviews in the life members series of the NSWRL Referees Association 5 years ago. That I mentioned in a previous post.

Why not say you are writing on behalf of the rugby league project & tell them what you are looking for? Perhaps someone could organise a trip for you or someone else to go to the NRL to look through the records yourself, rather than one of their staff members doing the work. The RLP does a great community service for everyone in rugby league, so surely the NRL should welcome this website with open arms. I would say the same about Fox Sports too. They have so much footage & I know they use this website all the time from what they say.
