I have sent an email off to St.George to see if I get a response detailing our findings.

- Jack Eason, born 16 August 1912 in Gilgandra NSW. Full name John Hurley Eason.
- Colin Fitzpatrick, born 19 May 1915 in Balmain NSW, died 17 September 1965. Full name Colin Grant Fitzpatrick. Brother of Balmain's Gerald and Dudley Fitzpatrick.
- Jim Flower's nickname was Chuck.
- Reg Hopkinson, born 17 February 1917 in Bowenfels, near Lithgow NSW, died 13 March 1986. Full name Herbert Reginald Hopkinson.
- Eric Hughes, born 20 January 1913 in Ipswich QLD, died 11 August 2012. Full name Eric Walter Hughes.

- Charlie Hyland is referred to as such in Rugby League News (1), or otherwise as P. Hyland (2, 3), B. Hyland (due to the nickname "Blue": 4), or his actual name Cecil or Ces Hyland (5, 6).
- I think he should be Ces Hyland, born 5 February 1904 in Moree NSW, died 11 May 1977. Full name Cecil Isaac Cooper Hyland. Nickname was Blue, or apparently Charlie.

- Lance Ireland, born 24 May 1912 in Cooroy, near Noosa QLD, died 12 March 1966. Full name was Lancelot John Ireland. He was also known as John Henry Lancelot Ross-Ireland.
- Harry Kadwell's DOB should be 1 December 1902 in Surry Hills NSW. (Wikipedia at play there I think...)
- Bill Killiby was born in Balmain NSW.
- Tom Killiby's DOB should be 7 October 1897.
- St George's Jack Lynch, born 15 December 1913 in Annandale NSW, died 24 June 2006. Full name John Francis Lynch.
- Norm Pritchard, born 19 January 1908 in Newtown NSW, died 30 November 1971. Full name Norman William Pritchard.
- Reg Schuman's DOB has come from Wikipedia, so I don't believe it is correct. I haven't been able to confirm the exact date, only that he was born in 1908 (not 1909) in Hurstville NSW.
- Norm Tipping's DOB should be 11 January 1913 (instead of the 10th) and his DOD should be 10 March 2002 (instead of the 11th).
- George Ward's DOB should be 11 January 1910 (instead of 4 August).

If you haven't heard back about Neville Hardy, I think we can probably go with: born 10 October 1918 in Rockdale NSW, died 7 August 2004. Full name Neville Caton Hardy.

- Lance Ireland, born 24 May 1912 in Cooroy, near Noosa QLD, died 12 March 1966. Full name was Lancelot John Ireland. He was also known as John Henry Lancelot Ross-Ireland.

Lance Ireland's alternative name gets cut off in the full name field. Might be better suited to the Additional Notes?

Thanks Max I have updated all of these I have removed Reg Schuman's DOB and just left it as 1908.

It appears Reg's unreliable/inaccurate DOB of 31 January wasn't deleted from his profile as intended.

- In the same way, Eastern Suburbs and St George player Norm Pope's DOB has come from Wikipedia so I doubt its accuracy. I haven't been able to confirm the exact date, only that he was born in 1908 in Melbourne, Vic. Full name Norman Daniel Pope.

- Alan Boler should be Allan Boler, but Alan is also common in newspapers. Born 27 November 1911 in Armidale NSW, died 31 July 1978. Full name Allan Ernest Boler.
- Hilton Curran, born 15 November 1914 in Adelong NSW, died 31 May 1987. Full name Hilton Matthew Curran, and nickname was Snowy.
- Alex Ringland, born 8 May 1913 in Port Macquarie NSW, died 14 September 2001. Full name Alexander Hamilton Ringland.
- Dave Ross, born 29 October 1917 in Sydney NSW, died 25 April 1998. Full name David Eric Ross.
- Jim Schuback, born 24 February 1912 in Bega NSW, died 14 October 1965. Full name Wallace Joseph Schuback.
- St George's Neil Whittaker, born 7 June 1916 in Oatley NSW, died 25 January 1971. Full name Neil Shepherd Whittaker.

Heard nothing back from St.George I didn't expect that I would so I have updated Neville Hardy with your details and added a note that his 2 games are in some cases credit to Nelson Hardy but we believe it to be Neville.

I assume Allan Boler is related to the Boler's who played in North Coast teams in the 20's & 30's.
