He died on the 10 November 2018. In Pretoria South Africa

He was born on Bloemfontein on South Africa in 1938.

Played for Bloemfontein Aquila against Wakefield Trinity in 1962.

Moved to Wakefield in 1963

Played 191 matches and scored 122 tries from 1963-68.
Heplayed in a Commonwealth X111 against New Zealand at Crystal Palace London in 1965
