Full name John Dennison Campbell Born on 22 July 1889 in Penrith Australia.

Deid 30 March 1966 in Harbord New South Wales.

Joined Leeds in 1912 from Rugby Union and played centre.

Played258 matches scoring 136 tries and 3 goals in his Leeds career.

He moved back to Australia in 1921.
