At 45 second mark, there is a player for Balmain wearing  number 19. You already correctly have numbers 15, 18 & 23. So either there was another replacement or someone replaced their jersey. Any Balmain people out there that can identify him?

The newspaper tackle counts only show 3 Balmain replacements so not sure about #19.

It appears like the Balmain player in Number. 19. In the footage on NRL Throwback from this game is John Owens.
-While Owens was not listed in the tackle counts for this game in The Sun from Monday, July 25, 1983.
-Owens was listed in the tackle counts for this game in the Daily Mirror from Monday, July 25, 1983.
