Thanks again I did load this game last night when I realised I'd missed these tour games. The info I have says the game was played at Lower Hutt but no venue name I have assumed it is Petone Recreation Ground as Hutt Recreation Ground is not currently in the RLP database but I'll get that added.

Central Districts sub Dave MacFarlane was an invitational player from Auckland.

Definately played at the Hutt Rec Ground in Lower Hutt which was a common ground for league games as it was the only ground with lights in those days.

Vaun O'Callaghan was also an Invitational player.

Was a 7.30pm kick off.

I spoke to one of the touch judges who kindly sent some photos of the programme.

Yes Hutt Recreational Ground has now been added, I noted this being an invitational side and players from other area's were selected.
