- Dave Parkinson, born in Cessnock NSW. Full name David Parkinson
- Keith Parkinson, born 6 February 1919 in Cessnock NSW, died 23 April 2000. Full name Keith Alwyn Parkinson. I think it's worth adding a note to correct Alan Whiticker's bio: Despite reporting at the time that Keith was the brother of his Cessnock and Balmain teammate Dave Parkinson, they were not actually related.
- Dudley Fitzpatrick, born 22 January 1909 in Rozelle NSW, died in 1995.
- Anthony McFadden, born 8 December 1905 in Balmain NSW, died 14 January 1959.
- H Robson's first name was Harry. Born 6 January 1909 in Balmain NSW, died 5 February 1983. Full name Arthur Henry Robson
- Arthur Tennant, born 15 April 1902 in Balmain NSW, died 24 April 1949. Full name James Arthur Richard Tennant
- Doug Vannon's surname should be Vannan. Born 10 June 1904 in Balmain NSW, died 3 February 1982. Full name Douglas James Vannan
- Alfred Wincote, born 12 September 1902 in Balmain NSW, died 21 May 1963. Full name Alfred James Wincote
- Lex Small's birthplace of Murrumburrah should now be in the database, so this can be moved out of the additional notes.

- Gold Coast team season summary of players list all of the Newcastle players (as having played 0 matches)
- Round 2 Newcastle's Isabella Waterman did not get on the field v Canberra
- Round 2 St George Ill v North Qld - 18th players Tayla Curtis(SGI) & Harata Butler(NQ) did not play.
- Round 6 Brisbane v North Qld - Jetaya Faifua (jersey 14) played off the bench for North Qld, but is not listed in your team.
- Round 9 North Qld v Newcastle - Libby Surha (jersey 22) played off the bench for North Qld, but is not listed in your team.
- Round 3 St George Illawarra's Bronte Wilson did not get on the field v Newcastle

- Jack Hampstead, born in Petersham NSW. Grandfather of referee Sean Hampstead.

- Lionel Matchett's DOB should be 10 April 1907 (instead of 9th). Death date should be 1 November 1980 (instead of 8th). Full name Lionel Kenneth Matchett.

You have listed Mick Brannaghan as the referee for this game. It looks like Mr. Brannaghan refereed games between 1926-28, so it would assume that this is an error. Laurie Bruyeres was listed as the referee in the lead up to the game.
Daily Mirror team lists for the game from 6-3-1974 attached.
